The Valpolicella Classico Superiore Sanperetto is ruby red color with aromas of cherry, violet and pepper. The taste is round, slightly acidulous with a typical bitter aftertaste due the type of terrain.

Vinificazione e invecchiamento: Fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature (24 ° C.) takes place in a horizontal vinifier for about 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation to lower the total acidity of the wine. The aging of the wine takes place partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks for about 12 months.

Gradazione alcolica: 13,5% vol.

Abbinamenti: Dishes based on white or grilled meats or mediumaged cheeses.
