The Mazzi farmhouse is a charming and idyllic retreat nestled in the beautiful countryside near Negrar, in the province of Verona, Italy. Surrounded by picturesque vineyards and rolling hills, this is the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and delve into the beauty of nature.
As soon as you arrive, you will be captivated by the rustic charm and warm welcome you feel in the air. Indeed, our family-run business is rooted in a long agricultural and wine making tradition. We are proud to offer our guests an authentic experience that showcases the rich culture, history, and flavours characterising our region.
In our peaceful corner, you will find refuge in two different buildings:
a winery with restaurant and a guest house with rooms and apartment for your weekend getaways.
The farmhouse cuisine aims at highlighting the company’s wine production combined with traditional dishes. We are open for group wine tours by reservation. A meeting room is also available for firms to hold meetings in a nice and alternative location.
The accommodation offers comfortable and cosy rooms that reflect the territory’s traditional rural lifestyle. Each room is tastefully furnished, combining rustic elements with modern comforts. Wake up to a breathtaking view of the vineyards and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings.
Here you can enjoy a unique bed and breakfast experience, savouring the flavours typical of our tradition and feeling at one with nature. The Mazzi farmhouse is more than just a B&B, because it enables you to honour Valpolicella’s wine making tradition and spend time as if you were part of the family.
Le calcarole room
Calcarole is also the name of our sweet wine.
It is a double room with a private bathroom and country-style furnishings.
The accommodation is large and bright with a sitting area where a comfortable square and a half bed can be placed if required.
Punta di villa room
Punta di Villa is the name of our Amarone wine.
The room is spacious and romantic with an antique bed in Venetian art, a sofa, and a decorative fireplace. It is equipped with a television, refrigerator, and air conditioning system. The bathroom is large and includes double sinks, a shower, and hairdryer.
Valpolicella apartment
It is an apartment with a double bedroom, a private bathroom, and a living room with kitchen and TV. The accommodation is on the ground floor, very convenient for those who cannot or do not want to take the stairs. It faces a gazebo, where you can sip our best wines.
Poiega apartment
Poiega is also the name of our Valpolicella Classico Superiore.
It is a spacious apartment with a double bedroom, a private bathroom and kitchen, a living room with TV and air conditioning.
It is on the first floor with a panoramic view over the vineyards and the town of Negrar.
