Description of the experience
The visit includes the ancient water mill, a small glimpse into our past dating back to the 1600s, before moving to the heart and living center of the estate: the production winery with its fermentation vats and the historic barrel cellar—estimated to be 200 years old—where our wines undergo aging.
Afterward, lunch will begin, where our wines will be accompanied by a series of local and traditional Valpolicella dishes, entirely homemade.
The menu consists of:
- Mixed cold cuts appetizer with warm polenta and homemade pickled vegetables (giardiniera)
- Amarone risotto with red radicchio and tastasal (traditional minced pork)
- Traditional dessert

Note: we do not offer this experience every weekend; please call the winery if no dates appear on the calendar.
Regarding the gift voucher, should it not be redeemed, its monetary value will be applied toward a classic wine tasting tour, with the remaining balance provided in bottles.
