Description of the experience
The visit includes the ancient water mill, a small glimpse into our past dating back to the 1600s, before moving to the heart and living center of the estate: the production winery with its fermentation vats and the historic barrel cellar—estimated to be 200 years old—where our wines undergo aging.
Afterward, lunch will begin, where our wines will be accompanied by a series of local and traditional Valpolicella dishes, entirely homemade.
The menu consists of:
- Homemade fresh pasta with poultry ragout
Amarone risotto with red radicchio and tastasal - Amarone stew with warm soft polenta and seasonal side dishes
- Assorted homemade desserts
